Dec 2021
Ciao Paolo & Alex,
I hope all is well.
I’d be happy to set up and manage the books for Arte Farina LLC.
This way, we can ensure that the financial picture of your business remains clear and organized, with very little effort or stress on your part.

Elia

Investment
I will charge a discounted hourly rate of $55 for these services. Once the business is operating at a more steady rate, we can find a fixed monthly rate.
I estimate the Monthly Financial Review would take about 2-4 hours on average each month, while the first month will be a bit higher because it will include your Setup.
Besides my service, you’ll also be paying for your Quickbooks Online subscription. I get a 20% discount from the company, which I’m happy to pass on to you, so you’ll pay $40/month instead of $50.
What I’ll need to move forward:
Because I helped you with the LLC formation, I have the information I need to create the account. The one last thing I’ll you to do is to provide me with access to the business’ bank account.
Most banks nowadays allow you add a Guest User to your online banking platform. Some banks will call it Accountant access, or Third-Party access, but the idea is that I can have my own credentials to log into the online banking and view statements and transactions. Note that what I’m requesting is View-Only access, which allows me to view inside your account, but doesn’t allow me to initiate transfers or payments.
If you’re banking with Wells Fargo, you can go under Account Access Manager, and add a Guest User.
If you’re banking with a different bank, see if you can find a similar option. If you can’t see such, lmk the name of your bank and I’ll see if I can help.
Once I receive this access I can move forward with the Set-up and reconcile any existing transactions to date.

Satisfied, or your money back.
Handling your accounts over to someone else can be scary, but you have nothing to worry about. I will back-up all your data at the beginning of this project, and if you’re not satisfied with the results, your Quickbooks back-up will be restored and you won’t owe a thing.
